i think our NDP props, the fans, are going to have a change in colour... frm silver to blue.. i think... the teachers collected the fans yesterday... according to indra, our mointress, they are going to repair the fans... i also saw a blue and red coloured fan during the practice yeaterday... i think the blue will stand out more than the silver, especially on the grey ground... whatever it is, i just hope that the show will go well, and create a good name for our school...

recess is coming to an end, g2g back to class now..

i think yesterday's NDP preview performance was great... well, there was a few wrong coloured fans but to me, it was rather cordinated... even then, there of still room for improvement.

when your friend sitting beside you has a high temperature... would you ask your friend to go home by telling the teacher?
well, this friend of mine, amelia that is, who is stiiting beside me has a throat infection... at least that is what she says... her temperature has hit a high of 38.o, and yet she still does not want to go home... silly girl... stubborn too... she said that she wants to study... but the problem is that she cannot even do a maths problem right...
the worst thing is that i am sitting beside her, and besides the point that i will catch the virus, i am the one who has to sign in the temperature log book... she wants to lie... but i am not supposed to... i signed anyway... for the first temperature taking....

but, i am planning to take justice and inform the teacher about her high temperature....

*sigh*

keli and clarinda backed out of the NDP... but they will still get their bonus points... however, melissa, lee si and i are still in it...after all, it is only 4 sessions more... perserverence will definitely pay off... i hope...
NDP is fun actually... make up and stuff like that... even though the artist you go to may not be so good... well, that's sth i cannot control... be it is fun.. tough i must agree... but still fun...

in this world, if everyone was tall, life would be so boring... that's why short poeple (like me) were created... so cheer up if you are short, face up to reality, and make the most out of it... but never let trials and failures ruin your life... cos it is your life... and no one else's... which means it is yours, and only yours... so live life well, make your parents proud, and others around you envy... most importantly, make YOURSELF proud... lift your head high... and face the world... showing them that you can...

moreover, she used her scraped leg as an excuse not to run 1.2k today... when she can even take part in NDP.. NDP is more strenuous... in case you do not know...

perhaps it is because of someone... who only appears during NDP rehersals...

today is racial harmony day.... people in our school are dressed up in different ethenic costumes... quite interesting... makes the day so much more exciting... hehe...
but i am not in any costume cos i cannot find any in my cupboard... *sigh* try and get one next year....

i prefer last year's racial harmony day cos there was a food and crafts fair... unlike this year... i guess it is most probally cos of the lack of time... SARS and stuff..

we will also be holding the handbell election today... vote for the chairperson, vice chairperson, secetary, and treasurer.... hopefully one of the members do not get sellected... almost all the sec 2's and 3's do not like her... but i think she has made quite a good repal with the sec 4's...
ppl do not like her mainly cos she is bossy... anyway... this is one of the many things in the world that i cannot and will never be able to control... so i'll just let the day go according to the Lord's hands... for i know that he cares..and will provide the best... somethings are just blesssings in disguise...

hui yi looked real nice yesterday... ok... maybe not that real nice... but her eyebrows were drawn kind of thick which made her look egyptian...hehhe...
well... none of us was perfect... i was too white...
some of the hairdresses were very good... but others were like crap...
the first one who did my hair did it sooo badly that i got it redone
the second time... it was only slightly better... but still horrible...
so in the end, i gave up and tied my hair myself...

but some of my friends hair was real nice... look so cute... examples like amanda tan and sarah tan...

anyway... hope i'll look better the next time...

wait.... my cousin just said that our performance was not nice...

wow... what a day today...

today was our first important show... not to mention full dress complete with make up and hair-do... anyway... the weather was real good... sunny but not hot... from where i was... i thought that the performance was a little uncordinated but from others' point of view... they said that it was good... i just hope that our teacher in-charge was pleased...

oh.. by the way... amelia got injured again... the last time, she broke her arm... this time she broke her leg... now... she is crippled... hehhe... just joking...=p... donno if Daryl helped her in anyway or not...=p

chinese lesson in computer lab!!!
what a nice way to conduct lesson... he is now talking about some wen2 tian1 xiang2 guy.... so boring... chinese is not a very impt subject too...

today is national track and field... very impt for our school.. one of our niche CCA... but i don't hink they can win the overall championship... we are now in the second place... missing the 1st place by 40+ points... but... the school in the 3rd place is only 1 point away from us...

who cares... maybe our school in general and the trackers... but definitely not me...

i still think that RGS ringers should deserve bronze... and Cedar and MGS should deserve gold....

*sigh* if only we had proffessional handbell ringers as the judges... in that way, we would have a farier judging...

it over... and it is really over...

well, just have to wait... for two more years....

if they had... we would not have to move the 1) tables 2) bells 3) matresses and a long list more....

but... come to think of it, if they had handbell... hm... then we will have more competition...

so in conclusion...

i rather they not have handbell...

which means a higher chance of getting gold for our SYF( singapore youth festival) competition this year...

actually... there was only one school which achieved gold... MGS (methodist girls' school)... not even RGS ( raffles girls' school)

if your school, CGSS (cedar girls' secondary school) gets gold this year... it would be a real great celebration... as our CCA is still new... this is only the 4th year... pretty young right?

if you have realised... all the schools that i have mentioned are all girls' schools... i really womder how guys would look like playing handbell... hehehhehhhehehehhehehehe......

tomorrow is the handbell SYF competition... going to miss the whole day of school!!! yay! how exciting... hehe.. anyway... i really hope my seniors will get gold this year... they sure have been precticing real hard... but the bad thing is that if they get gold... we juniors have to treat them... *sigh* to me, i think it is better to achieve gold than lose some money...

the play put up by RP ( raffles players, mainly frm RI) was real nice... went to watch it on friday... 11 july... they put up two performances... one was entitled us and them and the other was visitors to kenny hill...
they will be doing us and them for the SYF central judging... quite professional and artistic i must say...
the other play was more comedic...
in case you are wondering where the girls are frm, they are frm PHS... cos RGS has no theather grp... that was what i was told...
in any case... it was still nice..

it rained today... affected the performance of our NDP practice today... actually... it was quite co-ordinated but cos of the rain... the sashes could not twirl... *sigh* aniway.. i realy hpoe that our component prectices will not increase... after all, i am reserve... don't have to dance... just shake leg somewhere comfortable... that's all... my job is pretty simpl.. right? hehe... guess i am on the upper hand of the whole group... 660 ppl in all... but in the end... i still get my two bonus points and the two NDP tickets...
the food that the NDP participents gets are real horrible... KFC for both lunch and dinner... you may think that i am rather complacent but i you were in my shoes... you will not be able to take it too...
today was slightly better... had pizza for lunch... BUT KFC for dinner... *sigh* i think a lot of chickens we killed in the process of perfecting the NDP... hehe


heard on the news that bungee jumping will be allowed in singapore yay! more fun.. more excitement... more risks and accidents too... i must add... although most of it will hopefully be prevented...
