amelia... broke her arms somewhere at the start of this year... remember? but she glued them together again...
this time... she scraped her knee... and she is trying to glue her skin back together again...

moreover, she used her scraped leg as an excuse not to run 1.2k today... when she can even take part in NDP.. NDP is more strenuous... in case you do not know...
